To officially bid on a project, you must purchase a set of plans and specifications directly from the Public Works Department.   We accept cash or check.  Make checks out to "City of Oakdale" and mail to: City of Oakdale, Public Works Department, 455 S. Fifth Avenue, Oakdale, CA 95361. For shipping: submit a fax to (209) 848-4344 with the following info:    
  • Company Name, address, phone, fax  
  • Email Address (for any potential addenda)
  • Fed Ex Account Number
  • Copy of Check (to show good faith that the check will be mailed).  Payment must be received before the bid deadline.  
Faxes received - please allow up to 72 hours before plans & specs are shipped out.  
ON BID DATE: Please allow 1-3 hours after bids have been opened, to post results.
